Default Looking to hire an experienced TIG welder

Title says it all. Compensation depends on experience, especially bicycle frame and facility with multiple materials (steel, stainless, ti). Please, no trainees, this opening is for an experienced welder only. Would also prefer someone who is interested in performing other aspects of the frame building process.

Hours can be part time, but would prefer full time. Job is currently based in Somerville, MA, but will be moving to Newmarket, NH in May. Full health care benefits with no premium co-pay after 30 days.

Send all inquiries to [email protected]. Please, no PMs.

If I lived in NH, I'd be all over it.

Hey folks, many thanks to those of you that have offered help and assistance over the past 24 hours... I don't mean to get sappy, but I'm navigating some heady seas right now, and I am deeply moved by the good souls in this community.

In less than 24 hours I have what appears to be a spectacular temporary solution, and have no doubt that a permanent one is out there. As they say, one door closes, another opens.

Zinggggg. No, just my #1 frame from UBI. Good think I don't do TIG. Curiously though, I pounded this bike through Minneapolis pot holes for 6 years with no problems.

Is it okay that they're good welders, but also just happen to be bi-polar, stupid, immoral, or just plain insane?

I just wanted to add that i'm too lazy to put together a resumay or whatever they are called, but my Mom and Dad have been telling me that I'm really great for a long time now. Even before I got accepted at the local Community College Art Dep't. Well, it wasn't really that hard to get accepted, I just had to sign up - is that cool or what ? One of these days I'll go back and try and finish up some of the classes that I had trouble with.

Additionally, I've already done the hard work preparing for my career as a framebilder- I've got some really cool tattoos and piercings.

I was just wondering if I could create my own schedule, and where is New Hamshir ? Is it close to Portland ? And what does TIG mean ?

Good. Now I can quit my internal whining about how I want the job but don't want to move to NH. Good luck, and see you in Austin.
