You can’t be honest and fair one day, and the next give your people the short end of the stick. Once you can achieve that, you will be a leader.

    in a bike shop-sales, computer, purchasing, customer complaints, fighting with suppliers. In other words, anything the owner does not want to handle. Best job ever for me. No Board of Directors blaming me for 911.

    I am a two part person:
    Framebuilder (although i prefer bicycle builder because i make more than just the frame and sell complete bicycles more than frames) & Bicycle Shop Owner. They compliment each other very well.

    I teach people how to use their bikes, and bike parts for self-defense and counter-offensive situations. A frame pump is for more than just filling tires.:fight:
