    Default Before and After

You go first. Please use this thread as a theme to post whatever you want as long as the pics. or words are your own not someone else. Pics. of your minty fresh new bike "before" and "after" perhaps? Maybe pics of you before and after a facelift...I'm reaching a bit ;) hehe you get the idea.

I'll post fresh built pics. of one of my bikes used for daily commuting and after two yrs. HARD use in the next couple days.

    Go for it, Josh.

    I'll bite:

    Before-

    After-

Once it gets beaten up and abused I'll get an "after" after.

    Too Tall,

Would you please post a pic or two of your wife's new bike built up? The pre-build pics from the bike show just didn't get it.

    Thanks much,
    Byron

Yup, I folded it a mile from the end of the ride.

I use this severe off camber at the base of the tree to test tire grip. These failed. My "line" is just under the moss and above the root. You can see the skid marks just above the puddle where it dove into the rut and against the root. I continued over the bars. Wheel would not spin through the fork. After a quick "truing" (I stomped on it), I rode it the the car.

    I'll play.

Before--new frame (old parts) 2 years ago.

After--today. Just finished up new hoops, 36h 3x Nemesis (could be off a team truck last weekend) shod with the new FMB's hereafter referred to as "effin-butter."

More than a bit sappy, but if you've experienced this yourself you'll give me a hall pass on this one. Before, self explanatory. After, taken today, age 4 and 2 months.
