This is pretty basic, but make this a couple times a week after a ride if I'm in a time crunch:
Peanut Butter (2 spoons)
Soy Milk (not sure how much)
Oatmeal (maybe a 1/2 cup?)
Bananas (2)
Ovaltine (1 serving)
Or this one maybe once a week:
Mixed berries (blue, straw, rasp)
Banana
Yogurt (sometimes soy)
Flaxseed
Soy Milk
Otherwise, I'll only have smoothies when my wife makes them. I'm more of a juicer kind of guy over the last year.
