Any word yet? I know there had been talk of a possible alternative or additional location.
News?
Gotta bid my vacation for 2011 soon.
Edit - Oooops.... Just checked the website and got the info I needed. Thanks!
Still, discussion welcome.

Spring Training Camp 2011 -- campcorn
Virginia Spring Camp 2011 is most definately "ON"!!!
We have people signed up. Queen, Tom and I are making plans for new rides and some "interesting" side roads ;)
Jim, you are hinting about the S. France camp I've been planning for several yrs. The good news is that Queen and I mapped out all the routes earlier this yr.and have an incredible hotel lined up (the chef is a former Michelin winner) and we are ready to pull the trigger however life is not so simple. Family first is our credo so we must not commit to the France camp yet HOWEVER I promise it will happen and boy howdy you won't want to miss it. The riding is so so nice I'm torn which is better, the Va hills or the S. France rural riding. Both are absolutely off the hook.
SO...without further ado....WE ARE ON.
Some bad news.
Kona Coffee Council - HDOA Coffee Berry Borer News Release
No, I'm not a coffee farmer. It is the last thing they need over there now. The vog is causing enough problems with the ag on its own.
Geeze kick me in the nards why don't you???
Good Morning to you too.
Any hope?
Now I'm depressed.
There should be a crop, I'm suspecting that yields will be down. I'm hoping that a solution is found quickly, which is not an easy task here.
Too Tall, I heard there might be a Euro camp in Provence next year, what is the status?? I ride over there quite a bit and depending on the dates I could be interested.
Coffee is a go. It is currently in the Kellogg vault. The quarantine discussions are happening on island time.
Spring!
If TK gets them, it is better for everyone. I sent him green beans (the unroasted kind, not the other). Yodelinpol, here is a warm happy place for you to visit.

We've just started going over routes for next yr. and prospects for new routes are very promising :)
2010 campers who followed Tom "the route-meister" and myself for one of our longer rides were treated to a miles of blazing fast valley riding and a stop at the whackiest country store I've ever seen.
According to reliable sources the vichiysoisse was a winner so that will return in 2011 along with return of stick to your ribs Chana Masala (my fav). Bonus for rain days. If it sprinkles even one single drop T.K. and I will grill steaks and chicken until you say stop. Pray for rain.
Get those deposits secured. Same deal as last yr. I'll book offsite B&B lodging for late signers.
Best, Josh

This is one of the best forum gatherings of the year. . . I'm in for my third. I really can't recommend camp highly enough. The riding is magnificent and the people won't bite.
