Default Pardon, is that a tree in your house (a.k.a. the Greenwich VSalon ride)? 3-20-10

To start a new thread...is there any interest for a rescheduled Greenwich/Westchester ride this weekend, Saturday the 20th?

DarrenCT has indicated interest in taking us through the wild blue-blooded yonder.

It should be fun. Post up if you're game.

I live in Morris County, NJ, and am willing to travel. We can probably hack out the drive in an hour without traffic.

Actually, I think that when we met you were still drunk. No worries, I was too. It was probably sometime after midnight when you were hanging with Jerk at the hotel bar.

let's start & finish from the shop.

store name is called "splurge," which is at 19A east putnam avenue in greenwich, between lafayette pl. and church st.

it's at the top of greenwich avenue, about 50 yards on the left while on east putnam going towards whole foods. for reference, it's right next door to innovation luggage.

if you're driving, there's a free outdoor parking lot behind the store. go around the building to the back via lafayette pl.

be sure to park the car yourself (no need to use the valet's that are there--who mainly handle warren tricomi salon patrons).

darren, want to say start at 9:00 a.m.?

Alright gentlemen (and ladies), anyone else joining in the fun?

So far it's 3 of us, maybe 4.

Here's the meeting spot, 9 a.m. tomorrow (Saturday the 20th):

check this out: the "street view" map must have been taken this past july during the tour de france, when we had andy hampsten's serotta frame in the window (it was a themed tdf window display). you can see the yellow picture frame that outlined the serotta in the front window:

    I'd be hesitant to.

Faith has been putting in some serious pain cave trainer sessions and 10+ mile runs.

    She'd probably kick our ass.

any of yous guys riding your fendered steeds? i'm kinda feeling fender-friendly at the moment, but would rather not have loose branches sticking in there if the roads in the area are crappy...
