Default Old Cazadero 300k (Mixed Terrain Brevet)

The San Francisco Randonneurs are hosting their first 300k mixed terrain event.

187 miles, 15k' of climbing. Perfect ride for a CX bike or a chubby tired touring style bike.

Can you squeeze some 28s into any of your bikes? :D I've got some Roly Polys or some Panaracer Tourguards I can loan you.

I am going to see if I can get a 27 Challenge P-R on my Serotta Ti bike. Anyone know if the F2 fork will take one?

I would try those pre-event on similar surface. My experience has shown those to be pretty fragile and cut prone. Nice ride, though. I wish they were tougher.

Good thought. I am going with Vittoria Paves (24mm).

Who's riding?! This is like a brevet version of D2R2 for Norcal (Old Caz, Willow Creek Road, Fort Ross from Cazadero, etc.
