Off road fixin..........

I was being "interviewed" by someone recently about riding fixed gear bikes off road and I was asked if there are any events or gatherings that are mountain fixie-centric............I really had not heard of any such "gatherings", anybody know of any or should the first one be planned?

I've heard of one in VA. After an internet search, it comes up as Fixed Gear Universe Championship.
