Has anyone done this race before (Blunt Park - Springfield, MA)?

Anyone planning on going?

The description sounds like it's basically a grass crit.... pavement, grass, and fire roads.

Still not sure how I feel about 80+ degree cross racing but you've got to start somewhere.

Blunt park calls for wide tires... very bumpy grass. My boy Al won last year on a 650b mountainbike.

I'll be down there on a purple cx frame(racing b's), and we should have Al, Adam Sullivan and perhaps Feldman in the A race...
