A delightful set of photographs! And it was great to learn who "Mike" is --wow --congratulations are clearly in order! I also find it hard to believe that anyone would have taken a closeup of my dorked-out Legend --exhibit A regarding the spirit of the Ramble! (this may be my first post ever with an exclamation mark at the end of every sentence --but they were all warranted!!)

The informality, the simple get together, conversation, riding the hills, and sharing the meals, that's the kind of riding I love best. I'm not much for "events" but we'll work on making this a non-event sometime soon. Thanks for asking.

I'm all over the "non-event" thing. As a matter of fact, i was just talking to a work/cycling friend today about the lack of time to train to do the "real" events. I am more into the fun of the ride. Yes, I still like to go hard, but when I want to just ride, I do.

Sure do like those black and white FL Ramble jerseys...any chance of picking one up somewhere? No, I've not done the ride but I was born and raised in Rochester and the Finger Lakes are home. :)
