    Default Central Coast Double?

I am still undecided (deadline is rapidly approaching), but I was wondering if fellow Salonistas were doing CCD this year (back to 209 miles, I presume?).

It would be fun to meet up Friday in Paso Robles and get a good meal ...

Yup, I'll be there. I'm taking the train down on Friday with the folder -- it seemed like a good idea at the time. After Borrego last weekend, I think my legs are finally starting to come around. I'll also be at Davis, Eastern Sierra, and Alta Alpina in the quest for 50. And then I'm done, at least for awhile.

Passing this year. Riding a 200k Perm fixed with a friend. Then Davis fixed next weekend.

Plus I still haven't forgiven that ride (or myself) just yet. I still remember falling down those stairs the day before the ride....and the headwinds on Jolon and the heat on Lockwood....coupled with those "bonus" miles at the end. No....the memories are still to vivid.....the scars have not yet healed.

    Maybe next year! :D

Look for Mick Jordan, Bernard Cushing and Michael Breden. Mike's family lives down in Paso. He's one of the guys who had dinner with us last year.

I will be heading down on Friday morning for my second helping of CCD. Wow, just realized that this is my very first post here on the forum. Anyways, there are quite a few good restaurants in Paso Robles. Basil is a good Thai restaurant right on the park downtown. We ate there last year and it was and always is quite tasty.

    Cheers!
