I have a great dislike for Nick Saban. This game could not have been better. Huge fan of Johnny. Kid has game. Defense played great.

Guys, clue me in on your Saban-hatred. Anything beyond what could be the obvious? Obvious includes but not limited to; Skipped on the Dolphins....Runs a "3 years and out" machine at 'Bama....Crushes Your Team annually....He is "Bad for college football"....etc... Me myself I have no dog in the fight...I'm one of those Big-10 simpletons who thinks the SEC is some weird growth on the back of the NCAA's neck...so if you wanna talk weird and slightly irrelevent...I'm your guy. And I love the Ducks. Fast-break-basketball-as-football. Exhilirating. So what's the rag on Saban??????
I saw a green and white MSU shirt that said "we hatted him first" in Baton Rouge!
I live here in LSU country and don't understand the hate either.
As far as johny football goes; He really fun to watch. It's almost like he draws in up in the dirt in the back yard!
I do fear being overdosed by him and his catchy name!
Saban is a bit like Lance. He is pushing the boundaries in what is essentially a corrupt system: NCAA and big time college sports.
Where do you begin? Abuse of medical scholarships to continue oversigning, gray shirting. The millions of dollars going to everyone but the players. So in all fairness, it is hate of the current system.
Although they claim 69% grad rate, and LSU claims a 77% rate, I'm highly skeptical and need to see the assumptions they are making.
^^^ I'll agree with this. Saban is the most successful exploiter of the current corrupt system (not to be confused with the former corrupt system or the next). He's also perhaps the biggest jerk which in his profession is saying something. He's John Calipari in a different sport.
