WTB: group and wheels

Looking for a group (or partial) and wheels for a pal.

Nothing too fancy. thinking maybe older 10 speed centaur or 6600 ultegra level.

maybe ultegra or 105 level hubs to OP rims or similar. 32 spoke prefered but at least 28.

Looking in the 400-450 group and 200-250 ish wheels range.

175 crankarms.

Compact would be good but not a must.

Cassette range depends on compact or not.

Kinda hilly here and he's gonna ride in the mountains some and some steep dirt roads.

28.6 front der. or braze on.

Also might be looking for some standard reach brakes (47-57)

Just trying to help him get his frame build up with some mid level stuff that is durable and economical.
