WTB: 6803 C3 sealed bearings - anybody have a source?

Looking for some replacement bearings to overhaul an American Classic 205 rear hub I've got. Am Class wants $160 for four stainless steel sealed bearings, which seems excessive for non-ceramic bearings.

Anybody have some of these rattling around the parts bin or know of a cheaper source?

I've had good luck with VXB (vxb.com). Search 6803 on their website and you'll find a variety of possibilities.

Thanks for the link. Are the 6803RS bearings equivalent to the 6803 C3's? I'm guessing Am Classic lists the 6803 C3 as a combination of part number and ABEC rating. Any additional info would be appreciated, and I'll email the VBX.com folks as well.

I'm sure the Phil bearings would be better.

I would get the 6803-2RS which are sealed both sides. I tend to buy the ABEC-5's as I think they are the best value.

Doh...I was just getting ready to say I have some, but mine are 6804 C3 Enduros NIB. Good luck with the search
