Needs at least 210mm of steerer and be for 1" headsets and have a shortish (366) axle to crown in good condition.

Some contenders would be
-Wound Up Carbon/steel 1"
-Easton EC90 sl(x) carbon 1"
-Look hsc 2 or 3
-Something steel that you relegated to the parts bin
