What's the difference between a men's and woman's cycling shoe in the same size (43)?

I've seen very neutral looking shoe designs and wonder what the difference in the two would be.

For example, something like this is offered in a woman's size.

In general, the mens heelbox will be larger/wider, the same for the toebox. The vamp will probably be shaped diferently....a "higher' vamp on the women's.

My understanding is that it is generally the volume of the shoe. Everything Chancerider says. They tend to be slimmer and a bit smaller. Guys with narrow feet often do well with women's shoes.
