I'm in Kent, CT drinking Smuttynose preparing to tackle Mt. Riga tomorrow with WayneJ.
The weather this weekend is silly. 60's both days.
Get out there and ride or party and tell us about it.

Big time jealous here. Western Washington where I'm at will have a high of 42. It's been that way for weeks, with lots of precip and wind. Damn the rest of the country.
Race tomorrow. Rain in the forecast....whoot whoot!
Falling from high places, falling through lost spaces,
Now that we're lonely, now that there's nowhere to go.
Good boy Darren...
We will be riding on Sunday, working on Saturday.
Sunday rules.
I got 3 1/2 hours in today, 19'c and sunny.
Amazing, the winter that never was.

Got 2 hours in with a buddy yesterday and started working on my tan. It got up to 81 yesterday here in central MN. House is wide open and I'm in shorts Saturday morning in March. Forcasted 78 again today and about the same tomorrow. Should get a few more hours of riding in this weekend in summer kit. Crazy.
Didn't get to ride in a race I had pre-reg'd for. Mass confusion at registration. Wait listed riders closed it out in front of me. Sat out and bitched with another guy that it happened to as we watched the finishes. Laaaame. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
45+ RR
went from the gun, had a :30 gap that was growing (short race, so everything was going like I wanted it to), got directed off course, turned around, was now :30 down, chased, spent the rest of the race trying to get away again, no dice. forced the final selection last time up the hill, ended up 7th in a 7-man group, which is where I would have finished even with fresh legs (Mr. Time Trial No Sprint).
might do crit tomorrow, but it's supposed to rain and it's a potholey course.
50 miles solo. Gorgeous weather in Grand Rapids, MI. Practically a summer day.
102 miles. Just over 6 hours on the bike. Mostly flat to rolling, but with a steady 3.5 mile climb where I start to turn south on the map.
Spent a good 20-25 minutes over the last 3 hours of the ride laying on the ground getting my back to shut up. Shut up back!
Perfect day.

First race of the year. One hour circuit. Ended up 17th in the field sprint but considering we had a 24.7 avg and i hadnt race in a year since breaking my foot, im happy.
3hr ride on tap tomorrow

25 miles in 2.5 hours...easy spinning with the lady friend w/ a few short climbing efforts to knock the dust off.
next two days off the bike, but on a deserved mini-vacation for climbing of another variety.
the weather is amazing...prost!
45 miles around the southwestern burbs in about 2 1/2 hours. Not fast, not slow. Colder than I thought it would be this morning, around 45. Not that I'm complaining
Soon we'll be making pizza, drinking and plundering Netflix for episodes of Top Gear. Yeah, that's how I celebrate St. Paddy's Day.
Tomorrow? More of the same. A ride in the morning and pretending to be a Cantabrigian in the afternoon.
GO!
got 55 miles in solo today, rode my usual loop. It's been raining like cats and dogs for the last few weeks, in the last ten years of riding out there I've never seen so much flooding. the water is right up to the road and over it in some spots.
Only got showered on a few times, but the wind was relentless. still a great day to be on the green side of the grass, (alive) and on the bike.

Another great 2 hours with Susan on the tandem. Tomorrow I'll get out alone.
