    Sure am getting old though. June had to ask me how old I am now when we got up this morning. Yikes! She made me chocolate cupcakes with mocha icing, mmmmm. June is taking me out to dinner tonight to a nice very small place up the mountain.

    I am not going to ride today since it is going to rain and my legs are completely knackered from the last three days of riding. When you can't get your heart rate within 15 beats of your max no matter how hard you try, it is time for a bit of rest. No wait, do birthdays make THAT much difference? OH NO, I really on the downhill slide!
