OT: Apple Computers that aren't mine & iTunes

So I think my Apple computer finally died. Fortunately, I backed everything up on a hard drive a few months ago and the only new material is on my iPod.

Right now I am using my sister's Apple that she left in the US and it is full of cool tunes that I want. Die Toten Hosen (Zehn Kleine Jägermeister, etc.), Falco (Mutter, der Mann mit dem Koks ist da, etc), etc.

Is there any way to get these priceless Meisterstücke onto my iPod without erasing all my Simple Minds and Echo and the Bunnymen and Smiths and 54-40 and Cult tunes?
