    that's so cool.

I wonder what land speed that translates to.
On my training ride tonight, I hit 66 km/h on the flat (tailwind aided...)
and I was in the 52/13 and wasn't anywhere near my max leg speed.
I was thinking that in a sprint, there was no way i'd ever need a 53/11
just how freakin' fast is that!

Yeah, maybe at SF. Somebuddy smart chimes in and talks about frame rate on digi stuff causing it to look faster than it really is.

I mean it's still 'core and cool. (CNC) just made that up...use at will.:thrasher:

there's an old school coach around here by the name of Phil Sanders that doesn't get nearly enough credit as he deserves. His son Glen rode the Giro for 7'11 and then vanished He's 70 plus. Every other year he finds/develops a new phenom. His main training circuit in the winter is a combination of weights and roller workouts like the one showed. His results are amazing.

    LOVE that :) More!
I was told that a std. Keirin workout is using a special ramp...it is a virtual dead drop that forces you to explode from low low rpms to 200 instantly or die!!! Seems very Japanese indeed and do not know if this was fable or fact.

Chuck Norris is expected to win gold in every swimming competition at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, even though Chuck Norris does not swim. This is because when Chuck Norris enters the water, the water gets out of his way and Chuck Norris simply walks across the pool floor.
