I am a big fan or Polar Water Bottles and I am now even a bigger fan.

My sons have a habit of chewing on the bottle caps and they eventually destroy them. I called polar about purchasing replace tops....

Polar said that they do not charge for replacement tops but that they provide new ones for free. Polar and just placed seven new tops in the mail.

This was a pleasant and unexpected event.
