Cyclemeter by abvio is by far my best experience. Here is an example of a ride from yesterday; Leaving Facebook... | Facebook

I get hours with the right settings; lock screen, turn off wifi, choose never on shut off, limit announcements, etc and you can get a five hour ride in.

In August it will have autopause and at that point it's pretty darn good unless your doing longer than a century ride...without the autopause there is a stop/start function on headphones but it's a bit of pain to do that at all stop signs and I forget to play with it otherwise so it's mostly moving time rather than riding time.

I'm in the market for a Droid phone. The apps I've researched fall a bit short of the I phone. Hey I like Verizon,
ain't gonna switch to ATT no way.

Droid users have any input?

the cancelation fee for verizon is the cost of a night of dinner and beers. its not that big of a deal.

i took the hit and paid the fee. i've got an ipad/ipod/macbook so i figured what the hell
