    Default custom cycling gear

anybody have suggestions on where to get decent custom cycling gear done? sublimation definitely a plus. i only need a few of each item (shorts & jersey). want to have some stuff made with a particular logo on it. jersey & shorts can be very simple design/color, solid, even.

i tried mt. borah, but their minium order is 6 of each. and voler doesn't offer their "semi custom" program in the particular voler jersey style that i prefer, only the looser-fitting "club cut" product.

    thanks for any tips.

Champion Systems has a program called CS One that only requires 5 total pieces to start. They can be mixed to add to 5, such as 2 jerseys, 2 bibs and a thermal jacket. And after you meet the 5 piece minimum, you can get accessories one at a time too. It's more expensive, but it's kind of cool for small groups.

They also have the CS Five program that you might want to check out.

This is located near my house. I stopped in to talk with the guy the other day. He was really friendly and informed, he's the owner manager, and he seemed to know his stuff. Everything's made in the US, lots from recycled materials, and they do custom orders. The prices seemed not much more than Champion and the quality was certainly higher. I have a lot of team Champion systems stuff. They don't list cycling stuff on the site, but they had two kinds of bib shorts and a lot of jerseys, jackets, and vests. Give him a call.

Can't believe you mention that and use some of their clothing for rowing. I think it is a new program.
