Default Cruiser seat for a Thompson post?

I'm turning the Newsboy into a chase vehicle for my 5 year old daughter who is riding her little Trek Mystique without training wheels (I never put them on her bike) and becoming too fast for me to run behind her down the sidewalk.

The Arione's not working for low and slow.

Someone point me to a cool Rat Fink type seat I can put on my Thompson post.

    (No Brooks, please.)

A Turbo would be awesome, actually.

Actually, they're out there. Ebay is a wonderful thing. Another turbo-like saddle is the Vetta Lite. Decent, but not nearly as nice for 'real' cycling. Like actual distances. But if it's just for around town they're not bad at all. Shoot me a line if you want one.

What's wrong with a Brooks? Afraid Swoop will make fun of you???

    Just askin'

    Steve

PS: As a commuting type saddle (in shorts-sans chamois) they are super-duper comfy.

I'm going to check ebay for a Turbo.

But, you know, I might be open to a Brooks even. Just not my first choice.
