    Default Coincidences

    1) I stumble to the kitchen at 3am for a piece of bread with Trader Joe's flaxseed peanutbutter.

    2) When I wake up this morning I have Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy stuck in my head.

    3) Morning work-out leaves me bent over a garbage can when I finish.

Not enough preservatives and chemicals in that healthful peanut butter and your body couldn't take it....Swoop could probably give you some insight on the Sugarplum Fairy bit....

I thought this was heading down the road of you eating flaxseed peanut butter; then you saw the bike made of flax seed for sale. I think that coincidence would have been more fulfilling on my end.

    Dr. Melik:
This morning for breakfast, uh, he requested something called wheat germ, organic honey, and tiger's milk.
    Doctor:
Oh yes. Those are the charmed substances that some years ago were thought to contain life preserving properties.
    Dr. Melik:
You mean there was no deep fat? No steak, or cream pies, or hot fudge?
    Doctor:
Those were thought to be unhealthy. Precisely the opposite of what we now know to be true.

Flax is for making bike frames, you're not supposed to eat it.

The immune system is like any other muscle in the body. It needs regular exercise in the form of junk food, high calorie (low nutritional value), fat from red meat, pre-processed hydrogenated blah blah blah. Along with alcohol and cigarettes this will serve to make the immune system stronger and therefore give you much better protection from disease and a happier, healthier life.
