Default Abbey Bike Works cassette tool

A friend is making these double sided cassette tools, and they fit over most QR nuts so you can change cassettes without taking the skewer out. One side Shimano, one side Campy. Aimed at race mechanics, they're also pretty dope for the serious home mechanic.

Mine is being shipped to me as I type. I ordered a single-sided, Campy-only version...really looking forward to receiving it and Jason is a great guy to deal with.

I have been eying the single sided up for weeks now! It looks super cool and the price is not bad at all.

Briefly used one this weekend. It worked. I consider it a "must-have".

I got mine last week. It's a clever tool and works over most skewers. Definitely worth the price.

Supposedly, the same guy is working on a companion chain whip that would store the cassette tool in its handle.

No supposedly about it. I spent a week with him and his wife up in Bend, OR recently and saw a couple of prototypes. I am proud to say, his latest effort incorporates one of the ideas I tossed out while I was there:)

This tool is great! Five bucks more for the more versatile Shimano + Campagnolo seems like a no brainer, even if you only own one or the other. Time to order up.

I ordered mine after bike rumor ran a feature on it. The tool looks awesome and I can't wait to use it. Might swap cassettes just for the hell of it now.

I received mine last week. It works great and not having to remove the skewer (and chase the spring across the shop floor) is really nice.

Just received mine today, double sided and laser engraved with my name, excited to try it soon. Anxious to see the chain whip tool as well.
