First, we're pregnant with machinery again. Our latest addition is due in August!

And even better is #2 in a series! Mad Tiki style!

A real-deal 29er world tourer with a sweet Vulture Cycles fork. four H2O bottles, 2.5" tires with gobs of clearance + A 26" super light 1-speed. and what to do with old frames, # 16 shown here resting after years of hard duty. Nice Patina! - Garro.

This is the prototype of the cup I developed for tapered steerer forks. Fun bike; there's A LOT going on with this one.

My brother brought his new bike by all built up, got a couple of shots. Seattube is 28.6 x .035 4130, seat post is the top 1.5" of a 25.4 cheapie with a shim. I got it close and 3 thin 1" id stem spacers finished the job.

This is #2 for me. It needs some paint, but I just had to ride it. I didn't clean the old stuff, get new cables/housings, just slapped it together last night so I'd have it done for the Friday S&T threads. I'm riding it until the end of the month without any clothes on it and then it'll go out for either paint or powder. It only took 9 weeks instead of a whole year like #1, so my process is improving dramatically. I've got to thank Daltex for letting me use the shop too. And Glenn, those pictures are nice, but they don't look nearly as good as the thing looks in real life. Great job on that one!

As far as geometry, I'm a MTBer that rides road every so often so I like the look and functionality of a sloping top tube. I know a lot of road guys don't like it, and that's cool. We all like bikes. But this gets me the height I need to be comfortable on the front without 3" of spacers under the stem--spacers under the stem to me are a no-no--it means the HT wasn't cut right from the get go IMHO. Hopefully it'll have clothes in a month or so.

Welds are getting pretty good now that I'm not using the pulser anymore:

Hand cut logo in the sleeve:

This is what I do with the pulser, make a mess:

    Tight fit there eh?:

Brazing is getting good too finally:

What I consider the toughest miter to cut with a file, but I got them tight anyway:

The first two are a current project, the second just back from paint.
