Been a busy week for me. I feel like I'm working two full times jobs...oh wait. I am.
It may not be true, but at least I feel like I'm getting better!
A bottom bracket Post for a fellow VSalonista.
On top of that, I'm designing and building about 8-12 labeling machines a month. This is a smaller one for a company called Vapor Shark, mounting on their existing conveyor line.

This is the bikes who's paintjob was inspired by that 70s Landrover Series.

This week I am going to post on behalf of a friend, just because he made some awesome happen and there happen to be some lovely pics to prove it all.
There's a local cat named Ezra Caldwell, he builds stunning bicycles here in NYC under the name Fast Boy Cycles and has turned out some really gorgeous stuff and has a knack for documenting it all is a really detailed and personal way. Take a look around his site and you'll see what I mean.
Thing is Ezra has cancer. He has been fighting it for a long while now with victories and defeats and the way things sit right now it looks like he may not have too long to live. Having recently found a love for riding in the woods he decided it was high time to build up his ultimate MTB. All the part were generously donated by the companies that make them and on Monday I rode up to Ez's house to help and hang for the final build.
more pics here: ultimate tight ass - a set on Flickr
and the full story, build info, amazing pics and some great recipes check his blog:

I figured I'd share the inspiration before the nahbs mayhem begins.
