PBP is the gold standard for all conditions long rides. This certainly speaks volumes the maker rides this event and by golly looks the part too :)

I'm the customer and friend who's doing CKC's new website: www.chriskvalecycles.com. Another friend/customer will be shooting more photography in the upcoming weeks (January '09) so please stop by again later. I'm hoping to post pricing and other details soon as well.

I've known Chris since the late 70's - I was a fresh faced 15 yr old just starting to race and Chris was a mentor through all my years, including a season racing in Europe with Bob Williams. Having to ride team sponsored bikes, I never had the opportunity to own a CKC, and finally sat down with him this fall for a fitting.

It was like going home. My goal was to recreate the feel of what I raced back in the 80's with modern functionality. Chris also accommodated my somewhat fading flexibility with a taller headtube and shorter than typical toptube, things that you can't find with today's factory sourced production, nevermind the craftsmanship, attention to detail and the satisfaction of working with someone of Chris' caliber.

Very classy and in perfect proportion! The slightly darker big chain ring makes the visual even more interesting.
