Benvenuto R30!
Do you race this setup? How does it handle?
1995 EL-OS
Chorus/Record
Hodgepodge of wheels/bars/stem/post.
The post is actually a Bontrager that I de-Bontragered.
I really love it. There's a tension and sense of immediacy that my Madonkey didn't have.
RC30, if you haven't already, Loc-Tite those blue bolts on the Quattros. I lost them twice before giving up on them.
Soupless, classy!
I saw an Infinito w/Ultegra in EMS today. Nice looking bike.

That 1995 EL-OS is drop dead gorgeous!! Brother, keep that one under lock and chain.
Here is a Bianchi EL-OS I just bought on the bay. I've always been a sucker for Bianchi celeste steel bikes, but never could afford a nice one. I remember a great Bianchi Moreno Argentin SLX bike around 1988 that had an engraved headtube, and a C-Record group that the bike shop where I worked was selling for $2,000. It had the nicest ride of any bike I had ever ridden at the time. I just couldn't afford it at the time, even with the employee discount. Really like the way the prior owner put this bike together, pieces are all somewhat period correct, circa mid-90's. Although I've always liked the looks of the Delta brakes, I like my brakes to actually stop me. Might have to change saddles, as I never really got along with the Selle Italia Turbo. Maybe a celeste Arione. Can't wait for it to get here.
And here's my 1985 Specialissima that I re-sprayed and cold-set to 130mm a couple of years ago. Still a great ride after all these years.
wow. i had one of those. i bought the bike from the bicycle barn in carmichael, ca. it was a 59cm, full record, pantograph rings, shifters, brake levers, and stem. i sold the frame to a friend in lodi, but still have many of the parts. the old reparto corsa bikes were beautiful machines. totally on a different level than other models of bianchis of that era. e.g. check out the fork crown, only on reparto bikes.
don c.
Hot bike, sausage guy. The brooks is the cherry on top.
Stumbled upon this Bianchi | Flickr - Photo Sharing! beauty today. For those who loved the way Bianchi used to look, you'll love this:
Time to poke this one with a stick. Not sure why I never thought to add the FG before this, but here goes.
It's a 2006 FG Lite Di Luca version. Hence the brushed aluminum finish with clearcoat. Also of note is the all aluminum rear triangle and the oversize seat tube and chainstays as spec'd by Danilo. Stiff and fun as heck, but it will beat your kidneys on a long ride.
Uuunnnnhhh...love those Di Luca bikes. Have heard from several people they can get rough, though.
I've never had the pleasure of riding a standard model, but yes it is a bit rough. The frame is actually about 30 grams lighter than the Cervelo S2 I once had, but still a much better bike. Definitely a point a shoot kind of ride as it loves hills and corners. And yes, it is sub 15 lbs. as you see it.
