just to be sure

the main tubes are no longer UCI legal, they are under 25mm width at 19mm width.
I built frames with this stuff in the good old days circa 1986
and the DT had a round tube rammed down in a poor attempt to stiffen it
here is one I built for some one in a previous life
it was a small frame, and had the prototype handle bars
it saw a lot of TTs
Concealed cables and Delta brakes etc etc etc
