Pretty effing amazing race so far.  Strasser is on pace to break Penseyres record.  Seana Hogan (in the 50-59 category) is the overall women's leader.  Maria Parker's follow van was rear ended at 65 MPH and totaled by a driver that was allegedly texting.  Spare bikes and lots of equipment destroyed - she's continuing and has moved up to 2nd place in her age group.  Teams are enroute and smoking.<br />
